Hello, everyone!

My name is Hasen, and I am a Seattle Children's Project Search Graduate. I am excited to introduce myself and share a bit about myself.

The Project SEARCH Transition-to-Work Program is a unique, business-led, one-year employment preparation program that takes place entirely at the workplace. Total workplace immersion facilitates a seamless combination of classroom instruction, career exploration, and hands-on training through worksite rotations. The program culminates in individualized job development.

Experience: I have been fortunate to be a part of the Project SEARCH Program at Seattle Children's Hospital, where I have gained valuable experience and developed a strong work ethic. Through this opportunity, I have been able to contribute my skills and enthusiasm to the hospital's mission of providing exceptional care to children and families.

Future Career Goal: My future career goal is to secure meaningful employment. I am dedicated to finding a position where I can utilize my abilities, make a positive impact, and continue to grow both personally and professionally. I am eager to embark on this journey and discover new opportunities.

Qualities and Characteristics: I am grateful to my co-workers, who have described me as friendly, humble, agreeable, and adorable. These attributes reflect my commitment to fostering positive relationships, maintaining a positive attitude, and approaching tasks with enthusiasm. I believe in the power of collaboration and enjoy working with others to achieve common goals.

 

Commitment to Learning and Helping: Learning is a lifelong journey, and I am committed to expanding my knowledge and skills continuously. I embrace challenges as opportunities for growth and actively seek new ways to enhance my abilities. Moreover, I take pride in being helpful and supportive to those around me. I believe in the importance of lending a hand and making a positive difference in the lives of others.
